Common questions
- How much does a digital wedding invitation cost in Nepal?
- Three of our designs are free forever — you can publish a complete invitation without paying anything. The premium designs are Royal Traditional at NPR 2,500 and Royal Heritage at NPR 5,000, paid once for that invitation. There is no subscription and no per-guest fee. For comparison, printing 100 cards in Kathmandu usually costs NPR 8,000–15,000.
- Can I use Nepali dates (Bikram Sambat) on the invitation?
- Yes. Enter the wedding date once and the Bikram Sambat date fills in automatically — २०८३ माघ २५, सोमबार — alongside the English date. You can also add the tithi and the shubha lagna, and every ceremony carries its own BS date.
- Can I add mehendi, haldi and the reception as separate events?
- Yes. Add as many ceremonies as your wedding has, each with its own date, time, venue, dress code and description. Mehendi, haldi, swayamvar, kanyadaan, reception — they appear as a schedule your guests can follow.
- How do guests RSVP?
- The RSVP button opens WhatsApp on the guest's own phone with a message already written, addressed to whichever family number you choose. Replies go straight to your family — they never pass through us, and we never see them.
- Can I share the invitation on WhatsApp, Viber and Facebook?
- Yes. An invitation is one link, so it works anywhere you can paste a link — WhatsApp, Viber, Messenger, Facebook or email. Pasting it into a chat shows a card with your names and wedding date. There is also a QR code you can print on a physical card.
- Can I still edit the invitation after I have shared it?
- Yes. Sign in, open it from your dashboard and change anything — the link stays the same, so nobody has to be sent a new one. Editing is free for as long as the service exists.
- Do I still need to print cards?
- Most families print a small number for elders and close relatives and send the link to everyone else. The invitation includes a QR code for exactly that: print it on the card, and anyone who scans it opens the full invitation with the map, the schedule and the RSVP.
- Is it written in Nepali or English?
- Both. Names, ceremony titles, the mantra and the dates can all be written in Devanagari — type in English and press space to transliterate, or paste Nepali directly. The date is shown in Bikram Sambat and in English together.
